The areas affected include... Coastal waters from Fernandina Beach to St. Augustine FL out 20 NM... Waters from Fernandina Beach to St. Augustine FL from 20 to 60 NM... At 907 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated strong thunderstorms, capable of producing winds to around 30 knots. These thunderstorms were located along a line extending from 15 nm east of Amelia City to 30 nm east of Talbot Island, moving south at 5 knots.
