For the Gale Watch, south winds 15 to 25 kt with gusts up to 40 kt and waves 3 to 6 ft possible. * WHERE...Grand Portage to Grand Marais MN. * WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, from 7 PM this evening to 4 AM CDT Tuesday. For the Gale Watch, from late tonight through Tuesday afternoon. * IMPACTS...Strong winds can cause hazardous waves which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
