These strong thunderstorms were located over the northern coastal waters of Puerto Rico, moving northwest at 5 knots. Locations impacted include... Atlantic Waters of Puerto Rico and USVI from 10 NM to 19.5N and Coastal Waters of Northern Puerto Rico out 10 NM.
