* WHAT...Urban area and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Camuy County in Puerto Rico... Hatillo County in Puerto Rico... Isabela County in Puerto Rico... Lares County in Puerto Rico... Moca County in Puerto Rico... Quebradillas County in Puerto Rico... San Sebastian County in Puerto Rico... * WHEN...Until 400 PM AST. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Rises in small streams and normally dry arroyos. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 101 PM AST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Up to 1 inch of rain has fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding.

What To Do

Be aware of your surroundings and do not drive on flooded roads. In hilly terrain there are hundreds of low water crossings which are potentially dangerous in heavy rain. Do not attempt to cross flooded roads. Find an alternate route.
