At 1140 AM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking an area of strong thunderstorms extending from 30 miles north of Ryegate to 17 miles south of Ryegate moving east at 35 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and penny size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible. Locations impacted include... Roundup, Lavina, Klein, Hailstone Wildlife Refuge, Halfbreed Lake Wildlife and Rapelje.
