At 230 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 7 miles southwest of Bayou Sorrel, or 17 miles southwest of Plaquemine, moving southwest at 25 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Catahoula, Patterson Memorial Airport, and Butte La Rose.
