The areas affected include... Waters from Edisto Beach SC to Altamaha Sound out 20 NM... * At 348 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated a strong thunderstorm, capable of producing winds to around 30 knots. This strong thunderstorm was located over Savannah River Entrance, moving southwest at 20 knots. Locations impacted include... Wassaw Sound Buoy, Sea Buoy 2w, Sea Buoy Os, Ossabaw Sound, Savannah Buoy, Savannah River Entrance, Channel Buoy 5, Calibogue Sound, Whitewater Reef, St Catherines Buoy 3, Gaskins Bank Wreck and Saint Catherines Sound.
