* WHAT...Southwest winds 15 to 25 kt with gusts up to 30 kt. * WHERE...Pohnpei Coastal Waters. * WHEN...From 3 AM Wednesday to 3 AM ChST Friday. * IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...A monsoon surge will bring increased winds to Pohnpei by Wednesday morning and will maintain strong winds with frequent gusts up to 30 knots through Wednesday morning. Winds should subside Wednesday as the surge weakens across the region.
