* WHAT...For the Small Craft Advisories, north winds 20 to 30 kt and steep seas 6 to 9 ft at 7 seconds. For the Hazardous Seas Warning, north winds 20 to 30 kt with occasional gusts to 35 kt and very steep and hazardous seas 8 to 11 ft at 8 seconds expected. * WHERE...All of the area. Steepest seas will occur this evening and overnight beyond 10 nm from shore south of Port Orford. * WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, until 5 PM PDT this afternoon. For the Hazardous Seas Warning, from 5 PM this afternoon to 5 AM PDT Wednesday.
