In California, this includes Scott Valley, Shasta Valley, and the Klamath River Valley. In Oregon, this includes the Siskiyou Mountains, the Southern Cascade Mountains, and the Rogue Valley. * WIND...In Oregon, west to northwest winds 10 to 15 mph with gusts around 25 mph.
