* WHAT...Southwest winds 15 to 20 kt with frequent gusts to 25 kt and seas 5 to 8 feet. * WHERE...Chuuk Coastal Waters. * WHEN...Until 5 AM ChST Saturday. * IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...A monsoon surge is bringing sustained winds up to 20 knots with frequent gusts around 25 kt through tonight. Gusts could approach 30 knots within heavy convection, which is currently observed just south and east of Chuuk's coastal waters.
