* WHAT...Snow and breezy winds expected. Total snow accumulations of 5 to 8 inches across higher elevations of the Richardson Highway north of Isabel Pass, with heavier amounts above pass level. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph. * WHERE...Eastern Alaska Range. * WHEN...From midnight tonight to 4 AM AKDT Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Travel could be difficult. Areas of blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Rain will quickly transition to snow overnight tonight, with the heaviest snowfall expected Monday morning. Snow levels are expected to drop as low as 2000 feet.
