* WHAT...Southwest winds 20 to 30 kt with gusts to 35 kt. * WHERE...Chuuk Coastal Waters. * WHEN...Until 5 PM ChST Monday. * IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...An enhanced monsoon surge is bringing fresh to strong southwesterlies to Chuuk waters through at least this afternoon, to then taper down thereafter.
