- Park ClosurePlanned closure of trails, RV/overflow parking, and other areas
All park hiking trails, the RV and overflow parking area, West Meadow, and Temple are closed on Tuesday, August 25 for the restoration of native grasslands. These closures are expected to last one full day. Pay attention to park signage and do not enter closed areas for your safety.

Cars may be directed to park in the Overflow/RV Lot between 12:30pm and 4:30pm on Sundays in July and August. Parking for buses and large RVs may be limited or unavailable during this period. Accessible parking is located near the visitor center.

- Summer Concert Series: 20th Annual Rosamond Edmondson Memorial ConcertSun Aug 30 2026Most concerts take place in the Little Studio, or on the adjacent outdoor pergola. There is a large expanse of lawn, as well as formal gardens, in front of the performance area. Evergreen hedge walls define the north edge of the concert area, and a handful of apple trees dot the grounds. Visitors are welcome to sit in any of the park’s public outdoor spaces during the concert. Folding chairs are set up inside the Little Studio, as well as outside on the pergola.
