Waters from Savannah GA to Altamaha Sound GA out 60 NM... * At 1102 AM EDT, The environment across the Atlantic coastal waters will be suitable for waterspout formation this morning. The waterspout risk will be greatest near lines of towering cumulus clouds and in the vicinity of showers and thunderstorms. The risk for waterspouts is expected to diminish by midday. Locations impacted include... R2 Tower, Tug Matt Turecamo, Tug Delta Diamond, C C A Buoy, Honey Barge, Tug Senasqua, Sayler Barge, Latex Barge, Dredge Henry, Buoy J, Buoy L, Ferry Boat Janet, Tug Elmira, Buoy Tender Sagebrush and Tug Rio Apon.
