* WHAT...Arroyo and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...East Central Grant County in southwestern New Mexico... * WHEN...Until 930 PM MDT. * IMPACTS...Rises in small streams and normally dry arroyos. Dangerous flows over low-water crossings. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 732 PM MDT, Thunderstorms with heavy rainfall are lifting north across Gallinas Canyon. Rainfall of 0.50 to 1.00 inches has fallen in less than 30 minutes. This will lead to flooding along Galinas Canyon and nearby Hot Springs and Cold Springs Canyons, adjacent roads, and low water crossings. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
