* WHAT...Arroyo and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...East Central Grant County in southwestern New Mexico... * WHEN...Until 1000 PM MDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Rises in small streams and normally dry arroyos. Dangerous flows over low-water crossings. Water over roadways. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 755 PM MDT, Thunderstorms with torrential rainfall rates are moving up the Mimbres Valley. Nearly an inch of rain has fallen around San Lorenzo in 30 to 45 minutes, based on radar and ground based gauges. This will lead to localized minor flooding in the area. - If heavy rain continues, a Flash Flood Warning may be needed for Noonday Canyon and the Galaz Street low water crossing in San Lorenzo. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
